Message	Your life is basically hanging on by 4 bolts installed into concrete that could be thin, old brittle or have some other unknown defect. If those bolts give, the lift falls in and car come down on top of whoever is under it. The only way i would even get close to that lift is if the anchors were in place when the concrete was poured and it had a cross bar from side to side. There are many other proven small space lifts that are less expensive.
